As someone who lives in the fear of forgetting useful things all the time, I originally documented some things during the installation of FreeBSD and emacs. My collection of useful things (the meaning varies) is growing, so I thought I'd make it available online.

Maybe someone needs the useful thing I already wrote down, makes life easier for all of us. Other than that: this is my personal garbage dump.
